Apartment Renovation

The project focused on the renovation of a spacious apartment in a historic residential building. The layout was reorganized to better suit the everyday needs of its occupants, with an emphasis on balancing shared and private spaces.

Traditional materials were used throughout the apartment — oak parquet flooring, terrazzo in the entrance hall and bathrooms, and oak veneer elements. The bathroom features ceramic mosaic tiles, a concrete basin, and built-in storage.

The design was developed with regard to long-term user clarity, functional logic, and the architectural context.
